The 19th Philippine Food Expo 2027 brings these interconnected sectors together with a shared purpose: to advance local enterprise, strengthen the entire agri-food value chain, and contribute to a more food-secure and self-sustaining Philippines.

Spearheaded by the Philippine Food Processors and Exporters Organization, Inc. (PHILFOODEX), the Expo builds on the organization’s mission to champion Philippine food manufacturers and exporters, support their competitiveness, and promote the long-term viability of the industry. PHILFOODEX represents enterprises of varying sizes, providing a collective voice on matters affecting their growth—from policy and regulation to marketing, promotion, and research and development.

At the heart of this advocacy is the recognition that every stage of the food supply chain matters. Stronger links between agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, distribution, retail, and food service can create more opportunities for local producers and more reliable pathways from farm to market. The Expo provides a meeting point for these sectors to discover products, explore solutions, identify suppliers, and build partnerships that support a more productive and resilient Philippine food industry.

For the 2027 edition, this purpose places local sourcing, value creation, and enterprise development at the center of the conversation.
